The World Rookie Finals in Ischgl had to be held in bad weather, but with very motivated riders. Thanks to the great organization of the Rookie Team it was a great event. GummiLove organised a safer sex workshop in which the young riders were able to take part. Nicolas Müller and Menno Labruyère sent a special video message to the youngsters about treating their own bodies with respect. The World Rookie Fest riders then created their own message in their own way on the subject of "I and my life are too beautiful and valuable not to protect myself". The winner of the World Rookie Tour, Sven Thorgren from Sweden, impressed with his outstanding run in slopestyle. Not only was he awarded the title of World Rookie Champion 2012, he also received the GummiLove Rookie Ambassador title from us. We are proud to present this award to such a talented rider. The Swiss team took four podium places with top performances "bravo". We really enjoyed the World Rookie Finals in Ischgl "thanks rookies".
