Together with the Babyshambles, he released his second masterpiece "Sequel To The Prequel" in August 2013. After the Libertines, who redefined British rock music in the early 00s, Peter Doherty founded the Babyshambles in the same year. Here, rock and punk's most anarchic poet was finally able to fully express himself musically and give free rein to his creative impetus. Their debut album "Down In Albion", released in 2005, immediately entered the top ten of the British charts, and the subsequent tour of England was sold out in no time at all. Two years later, they followed up with the album "Shotter's Nation", which even surpassed the success of its predecessor. After six years without a new release, a new studio album is finally in the starting blocks with the already completed "Sequel To The Prequel". Also new on board is the newly recruited drummer Adam Falkner, who, according to Doherty, is refusing to do any promotional or interview work - which should be to the band leader's liking. The Babyshambles are already a piece of living music history, whose songs are full of both inner turmoil and beauty. Line UpBabyshamblesDrunken Masterswww.burton.com www.riderspalace.ch
