I had a phase where I often took someone home with me from going out, or from Tinder," says Rookie Mischi. And although the sex with these random acquaintances was quite nice, something was missing, namely the climax. "I thought I couldn't have an orgasm at all," says Mischi. The sexpert tip

Orgasms are not just a matter of the right technique, no, there are often other things that need to be right too. Trust, letting yourself go, good interaction, feeling desired and passion are certainly some of them. Stress in everyday life and negative influences can be a real hindrance. In order to enjoy a good sex life, it is of course nice to trust another person. Anyone who has this as a basis and can then also work on their sex life, as it is not just a one-off thing, can certainly reap the rewards. But since we are all different, this doesn't have to apply to everyone, it can also be very appealing to have a completely new experience." *Corinne Rietmann is a sexual health specialist and project manager for education and prevention at GummiLove.
