Rookie Sarah has been unsure about her sexuality. To find out who and what she was into, she made a pact with her colleague: "We agreed that we would get to know our bodies together. Although it was between colleagues, it was super liberating!" Rookie Sarah thinks it's important to have these experiences. Why? Watch the video above to find out.

The sexpert tip

There are situations in which curiosity about different sexual orientations arises. That's perfectly okay and you're welcome to explore it. It's good to talk about it openly and then try it out step by step, and to check in with yourself every now and then to see how you feel and what feelings you have at the moment. Just like Sarah did. There are people who think it's great to know exactly what the definition of their sexual orientation is. But there are also people who don't want or need this at all. They live their lives as it suits them. The important thing is: there is time for everything and only you decide how, when and why you want something - always with the other person's consent, of course. And if you're wondering whether you could be bisexual, I have a very simple counter-question for you: How did you realize you were straight?
