We will use your personal data to process your competition entry. We will not pass on your data to third parties.

Each prize will be drawn. The winners will be notified in writing. Legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. All persons resident in Switzerland are eligible to participate. Only one entry per person is permitted. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. The data will be used to process the competition, for advertising purposes and to contact GummiLove. This declaration of consent can be revoked at any time and without giving reasons. The data will only be stored for as long as the purpose or a legal basis justifies storage. During this time, GummiLove takes all technical and organizational measures to protect the data from unlawful and incorrect processing. You can assert your rights to your personal data at any time. Once the purpose of processing no longer applies or the retention period has expired, the data will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.
