Gülsha Adilji (1985) grew up in the canton of St.Gallen. After completing her apprenticeship as a pharmaceutical assistant, she went on to study popular cultures and film studies at the University of Zurich and then biotechnology at the ZHAW. She gave up her studies in favor of a job at the youth channel Joiz, where she became a sought-after presenter and journalist of the year in 2012. Today, in addition to various engagements as a presenter, she works as a freelance author and is regarded as an up-and-coming hopeful on Swiss cabaret stages. Gülsha Adilji lives in Zurich.
