Ejaculation

The term ejaculation (the foreign word is ejaculation) refers to the jerky ejection of sperm from the penis during orgasm. The very first ejaculation in boys occurs at the beginning of puberty. Around 80% of ejaculation consists of fluid from the vesicle glands, 15% from prostate secretions and only around 5% from sperm. A (healthy) ejaculation contains about 1-5 ml and about 50-500 million sperm cells.
