Pansexuality

Pansexuality refers to a sexual orientation or sexual identity that does not make any selection based on gender when choosing a sexual partner. In this respect, pansexual people practice a transgression or overcoming of the gender barrier in their own sexuality. Ultimately, they view the person in and of themselves and not as a man, woman, transgender or intersex person, but as a being to be loved and also sexually desired. Pansexuality is to be distinguished from bisexuality, where attraction is usually limited to women and men.
