Is it true that the first time is not so hot because you come so quickly?

The first time is like standing on a skateboard for the first time. It doesn't work perfectly right from the start, you fall off and you still have to practice a bit before it works properly and you can start skating on it. But anyone who has ever learned something new knows that the journey to your destination can be a lot of fun.

That's how it is with sexuality, the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy it. Don't stiffen up, as this will affect your body and its functions. Stay relaxed and don't forget to breathe 🙂

Excitement is completely normal, which is why premature ejaculation, lack of ejaculation or flaccid erections are not unusual for the first time.

You can learn to control your cum by masturbating. This will help you get to know your body well. Practice putting on the condom on your own during masturbation so that it works well the first time. You can also use your breathing and your thoughts to control your cum. If you feel like you might come, you can also change position or take a short break to kiss and caress yourself, for example.
