I don’t know if I’ve had an orgasm. How can I tell?

I had my first time not so long ago. And I don't know whether I came or not. Is that normal and how do I know if I came or not?

Hi ldk

Don't worry, it's completely normal to be unsure whether you had an orgasm the first time or not. Everyone experiences it differently. An orgasm is an intense sensation during sex, sometimes accompanied by muscle movements in the body. It can feel like a strong feeling of happiness or a relaxed and satisfying feeling.

To get to know your own body better, you can experiment with masturbation. This will help you find out which touches are pleasurable for you. By exploring yourself, you will better understand whether you have an orgasm or not.

But remember that an orgasm is not the most important thing during sex. It's about closeness, connection and fun. It's not a bad thing if you don't have an orgasm. Everyone experiences sex differently. The main thing is that you find it enjoyable and beautiful.
