Not yet in puberty at 15

I have not yet reached puberty and am already 15 and 4 months old.

It's very difficult to answer your question here. By not yet in puberty, do you mean that you don't yet have any signs such as
- Body hair
- Growth of body and testicles and penis
- body odor
- acne
- voice change
Or that you simply haven't ejaculated yet?
Some boys reach puberty very early and others rather late. You could also ask your father what it was like for him.
A healthy diet and exercise are important to support the onset of puberty in men.
However, if you notice that you don't have any signs of puberty yet and this worries you, you could have this checked out by a doctor. Otherwise, I would have it checked at the age of 17 at the latest.
