Should I take the morning-after pill?
I had sex with my boyfriend. We normally use condoms for contraception, but unfortunately we had sex without them on Friday. With "pull out beforehand", I know, anything but ideal. But according to a cycle tracking app, I should have ovulated on Friday ... so now I'm scared. Should I take the morning after pillThe morning-after pill is an emergency solution in the event of a contraceptive failure. If you have not used contraception during sex, the condom has broken or another mishap has occurred, the morning-after pill prevents an egg from being ... or is there anything else I can do to prevent pregnancyPregnancy is the time between the fusion of sperm and egg and the birth of the baby, which normally lasts around 9 months. Dear Christina
Great that you wrote to us straight away. I would recommend that you get emergency contraceptionAnother term for the morning-after pill.. You can get it from a pharmacy. You have to go there yourself because you have to take it on the spot.
Otherwise, you can also see your gynecologist or go to a hospital. "Premature extraction" is definitely not a safe method. If you have any more questions, please write to me again.
All the best, Corinne
