What can we do about PMS?

We are sweet lovers (according to our parents). Both of us had our first menstruation with boys. Contraception: the pill. Our question: Which contraceptive can be used to prevent menses and especially PMS? We both have problems with PMS. Apart from that, our love is perfect and we have the same ideas about life, love, etc.

Dear Latina Tamara

Thank you for your message, I'm very happy about your happiness. Many women are familiar with PMS. But since you don't have to use contraception because of an unwanted pregnancy, I recommend a natural method first. There are many useful options such as homeopathy, monk's pepper...
You can also do a lot with your diet. There are great pages on Instagram. Take a look at the one from bodysynchrom. Jessie your cycle coach has done a lot on cycle food and PMS. Or at https://ladyplanet.ch
It's great to get to grips with your cycle. Best wishes Corinne
