Podladtchikov took fourth place at the 2010 Winter Olympics. On February 18, 2012, he became TTR World Champion in the halfpipe. In 2013, he won the FIS World Championships in the halfpipe. He also won the BEOs in 2012. At the X Games in Tignes on March 21, 2013, he successfully performed his own “YOLO Flip”, an extremely challenging double overhead 1440° double cork, for the first time in a competition.
